Find a job just right for you and your life
We support all people with disability to find roles in disability services.
Is this for me?
Yes. We welcome Job Seekers with visible and invisible disabilities, or mental ill health, including:
psychosocial
those who are Neurodivergent
intellectual disability
chronic conditions
Deaf people
people who have any other workplace accessibility needs
Whatever your life situation (location, experience level etc), we welcome you.
You just need to be over 18 and able to legally work in Australia.
How does it work?
You work with us from your first thoughts of a job to the next step in your career in disability services.
A good job-life fit
You highlight the things most important in your life and use these to match you to a job in disability services.
Making sure you're ready
We work with you to make you and your future workplace ready through training and workplace readiness.
Getting you started
We work with you and the employer to make sure you start well.
With you for the long term
You are being checked in with periodically to make sure that the job is still the right fit for you, and to see if we can assist in any way.
How do I sign up?
There are a number of roles in disability support with Achieve Australia, Life Without Barriers and Yooralla.
We are starting early in the trial of this initiative to provide a person-centred support throughout the job seeking process and once you are in the role. This means we will be working with a number of people at a time to make sure that we can do our best at finding the role that is just right for you.

Mission Statement
We acknowledge that disability is part of being human. We believe in the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) and call for its full implementation.
We understand that impairments do not create disadvantage; the interaction between impairments, other marginalised identities and inaccessible spaces and mindsets create disadvantage.
Change is possible and we aim to be part of that, guided by the leadership of people with disability.
The Achieve Foundation is committed to inclusive communications. We invite feedback on the inclusivity of our website.
